      Description

      Storage service for full crates at the warehouse located within the exhibition center.
      The service does not include collection or return of goods to the stand.
      Unless otherwise requested, the exhibitor shall deliver the goods directly to our warehouse (BolognaFiere S.p.A., c/o Magazzino CFP, Via A. Maserati, 20/C, 40128 Bologna) during receiving hours (08:30–12:00 and 13:00–16:30), specifying the Exhibition, Exhibitor Name, Hall, and Stand Number, using their own transport.
      It does not include delivery of goods to the stand.
      Storage shall have a maximum duration of 15 days; after this period, the storage cost will be recalculated with a 20% surcharge on the base rate.
      Please specify the number of packages and the total weight in kg of the goods to be stored.
      Please note that any requests for immediate intervention must be communicated promptly to the Sales Office ( vendite@bolognafiere.it)
      Any complaints must be sent exclusively to aftersales@bolognafiere.it
