Storage in the warehouse from 15,1 up to 99 kg
Service of full crate storage in the warehouse inside the exhibition centre. The service does not include collection and returning of the goods to the stand.
If no application is submitted, the exhibitor shall deliver the goods directly to the warehouse of:

1,00 pm - 4,30 pm
specifying Exhibtion, Exhibitor's name, Hall and Stand Number, using his own means. Goods may be stored in the warehouse for a maximum period of 15 days,after that period the storage costs will increase 20% on the indicated price and be re-charged. Please state the number of the items and the total weight in Kg of the goods to be stored. Any adjustments regarding the weight, size and duration of services will be invoiced at the end of the exhibition. The exhibitor's Name, Hall, Aisle and stand Number must be indicated on all incoming items. WARNING: if you wish to store special goods and equipment please select the suitable item.
The service will be supplied only in presence of a contact person of the company, who must provide all needed indications about handling operations. Under no circumstances BolognaFiere will be considered responsible for the missing or incorrect information about handling given by the requesting company.
Applications not followed by payments will not be taken into consideration. In case of cancellation of your request with a notice shorter than 5 working days, the total amounts will be charged to the Exhibitor.
