BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION, PLEASE CHECK COMPATIBILITY WITH THE SET-UP/DISMANTLING TIMES INDICATED IN THE EXHIBITION TECHNICAL REGULATIONS AND WITH THE TIMES OF THE RESERVATION MADE FOR THE TERMINAL, WHERE FORSEEN.
All requests must be accompanied by payment of a fee of € 16.00 + VAT as a fixed fee. We also remind you that in order to gain access to the exhibition centre, you must register on BolognaFiere's ‘PASS’ portal (https://pass.bolognafiere.it/) and download passes valid on set-up and dismantling days.
Any requests for immediate intervention must be communicated promptly to the Sales Office ( vendite@bolognafiere.it)
